If our support is no longer required for your ticket, you can cancel the ticket.
There are 2 ways to cancel your ticket:

Open your ticket in the Service Desk Portal and click “Mark as cancelled”.

Reply to an email that contains the ticket ID in the subject, such as the confirmation email you received after submitting your ticket and let us know that we can close the ticket. Example for ticket ID:
