Thanks for sharing. This is a perfect sample for dealing with the reality.

On the one hand it can be used as benefitial solution for new fields and parties which do not know anything about integration, like individual humans. They can use Excel, but also include the API in their Power BI Dashboard etc.

On the other hand we see more and more scenarios, in which large business partners do not have integration capabilities. You can force them, to build integration capabilities, but they might ask you for take over the cost or it might be a painful journey (“trial and error”). Also for those scenarios this is a good answer.
